Wishbone Entertainment Inc. is a rapidly growing independent production company that develops and produces high quality, commercially viable projects for film and television.

Founded by producer Nick Seferian and director K.C. Bascombe, Wishbone is in the process of putting financing deals together to produce an aggressive slate over the next two years; shooting both in Canada and in the countries of our co-producing partners.  

We have just completed the first of our slate of films to be shot in Argentina. "Hide" is a psychological thriller/horror in the vein of Kalifornia and Natural Born Killers. "Hide" was directed by K.C. and stars Christian Kane, Rachel Miner, Polly Shannon and Beth Grant and shot entirely in Buenos Aires and Salta.

Wishbone has enjoyed the success of the "The Contract", a feature film also wholly financed by private investment, which has to date paid more than a 25% return to investors. “The Contract” stars Johanna Black and Billy Dee Williams and is distributed by Lion's Gate Films and Artist View Entertainment.

Just prior to "Hide", KC directed two feature films. "$windle", which he also wrote, is a smart bank-heist film, (starring Tom Sizemore, Sherilyn Fenn and Dave Foley) and "Fear of the Dark", (starring Kevin Zegers, Jesse James and Rachel Skarsten) which is an excellent story of suspense in the vein of "The Sixth Sense" or "The Others." FEAR was released in April of 2004 and has been very successful to date, breaking into the top 50 of all videos/DVD's released in North America in 2004.

At Wishbone, we are constantly acquiring and developing exciting new properties.
