Hannah is getting a killer education. Trained by her father Luc (Laurent Imbault), a sniper in the special forces in Vietnam, Hannah (Johanna Black) is learning the art of assassination. As the sun rises on Capitol Hill, Senator Harmon (Billy Dee Williams - Empire Strikes Back) prepares to announce his candidacy for the leadership of the Republican Party and ultimately the Presidency of the United States of America.

The only thing that could deny his dream is a past full of deception and murder. The only way to cover up his former life is by taking care of a few loose ends. With Luc out of the way his success is inevitable. But he never counted on Hannah showing up.
