I am submitting to you certain ideas, stories, and materials (" Submitted Materials") created and/or written and/or owned by me for your consideration.
Before submitting the Submitted Materials to you, I have registered some form of the Submitted Materials either with the copyright office of my country of residence, or with a writer's guild.
I acknowledge that because of your position in the entertainment industry
you are constantly developing and receiving numerous ideas, stories and
materials (The Wishbone Materials), and that it is possible that one or more of the Submitted Materials are similar or identical to the Wishbone Materials.
1. I agree that I will not be entitled to any compensation due to your use of the Wishbone Materials which may have been independently created by you or which may have come to you from any other independent source.
2. You agree you will not use any part of the Submitted Materials unless you either
(a) enter into a written agreement with me for the acquisition of such rights in Submitted Materials or
(b) determine in good faith that the Wishbone Materials were obtained by you from other sources such that no authorization or rights from me are required.
